The Process...

While every couple is different & some steps may be altered this is the typical process.

  1. An initial conversation, text or email to get some basic information on our couple;

  •       First & Last names of the couple

  •       Ceremony location, date and time.

  •       Is the officiant requested to attend the rehearsal and the location, date & time.

  •       Email addresses.

  •       Phone numbers.

  •       Would you like the ceremony to be religious, non-religious, spiritual or otherwise.

  2. The agreement will then be emailed to our wonderful couple.

  •       At that time you have the option of either printing it out, and mailing or scanning it back       to us.

  •       Or by down loading it, adding the information & signing it electronically then emailing it  

             back to us.

      Whichever way is easier or more comfortable for you.

  3. A $100 deposit or full payment, whichever you would prefer or the situation calls for. The    

      remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the ceremony date.

PLEASE NOTE: The date & time are not scheduled until the Agreement is received & the deposit is made. We will make a note of your intended date & time, however bookings are on a first come, first book basis.

 

4.  We schedule a time to Skype, video call or talk to go over what you would like in your ceremony. You can let me know if there is anything special you would like added or if there is anything you want to have excluded. 

5. 1-2 weeks prior to your big day we can set another appointment to finalize any final details.
